The article quotes Dynamo team president Oliver Luck. Here's the most relevant bit: "The offer would have Jaqua in Dynamo uniform as early as mid July. The forward would then be traded to Seattle FC for the 2009 season under an agreement with the expansion franchise, Luck said."

I LOVE Jaqua. This would be a FANTASTIC move. I mean, you are bringing in one of the top strikers/target men in recent MLS history but likely won't have to pay DP money. AND he's a PNW native. Couldn't ask for a better fit. If this happens and is typical of the types of moves this team is going to be making, then we are in for a sweet, sweet ride.
